RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
Canyon Ranch will accept returns of full-priced merchandise for any reason within 30 days of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
* When returning merchandise, please be sure to use a carrier that will provide a tracking number. We will not be responsible for lost items with no tracking number.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t yet received a refund, please first check your bank account and/or credit card company, as applicable. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is credited to your account.
If you have done this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at email@example.com.
Only regular priced items may be refunded; unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

If you elect to exchange an item, you will be responsible for shipping costs of the new item. Depending on your location, shipping times for your exchanged product may vary.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.

Please include a copy of your invoice with the shipment.
You will be responsible for paying for shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are shipping a returned item valued at more than $75, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are unable to guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Canyon Ranch offers multiple options for shipping your order. All in-stock orders received by 3pm EST will be processed and shipped by the next business day; weekdays excluding holidays.
US Postal Service - First Class or Priority Mail
This is usually the least expensive option for orders weighing less than 2 lbs, but is not insured. If you select this option and the package is lost or stolen in transit, Canyon Ranch is not responsible for replacement. Priority Mail provides delivery confirmation only. If you need tracking information for your package, please select a different shipping option. Orders to the U.S. Virgin Islands or Guam, APO/FPO/DPO addresses and PO Boxes MUST select this option.
- All APO/FPO/DPO orders will be shipped by Priority Mail. If you selected a different shipping option, we will make the appropriate changes to the shipping charge.
- PO Box orders are only deliverable by the U.S. Postal Service. If you selected a different shipping option, we will hold your order and contact you for a physical address.
Estimated delivery time for USPS Priority Mail is 2-3 days; however, this is not guaranteed. If you need to have delivery guaranteed, please select an alternative shipping option. Priority Mail only ships out on Tuesdays and Fridays. Orders received after 1pm EST on Tuesday or Friday will not ship until the next USPS shipping day (e.g., an order received at 3pm EST on Tuesday will not ship until Friday).
Ground is usually the least expensive option for orders weighing more than 2 lbs. This option is insured, trackable and guaranteed. This option is only available for orders to physical addresses in the 50 U.S. states and Puerto Rico (No PO Box addresses).
2 Business Day Delivery
This option is insured, trackable and guaranteed. 2-Day is actual shipping time, not processing time. Some 2-Day shipping charges may not be accurate and will have to be calculated using dimensional weight. We will contact you to let you know if there are additional charges as quickly as possible. This option is available for orders to physical addresses in the 50 U.S. states and Puerto Rico, with some limitations in Alaska and Hawaii (no PO Box addresses).
2-Day with Saturday delivery is available to some locations for orders shipped on a Thursday. Please call Customer Service to check if your delivery address qualifies for this option. Our toll-free number is 888-708-0818 and our Customer Service Representatives are available Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm MST.
If a backorder causes your order to be sent in more than one shipment, you will only be charged shipping once, for the entire weight of the order. We pay Ground or U.S. Postal shipping on all shipments following the original order (excluding international orders).
Orders over $1000 require the same billing and shipping address - no alternate shipping addresses will be allowed. We reserve the right to refuse shipment to any person or location we deem as questionable or believe to be fraudulent.
Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the Canyon Ranch Online Store.
We attempt to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear in the Online Store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or service made on the Online Store is void where prohibited.
We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations.
BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
You agree to pay all charges that may be incurred by you or on your behalf through the Online Store, at the price(s) in effect when such charges are incurred including, without limitation, all shipping and handling charges. In addition, you are and shall remain responsible for all taxes, tariffs, duties and fee that may be applicable to your transactions made on the Online Store.
